Despite being part of a small group, you'll receive personalised attention from us. We prioritse proper form, technique and progressions to ensure safe and effective workouts tailored to your abilities and limitations.

You'll engage in a variety of resistance-based exercises targeting different muscle groups, all while receiving expert guidance on form and technique.

Your questions answered
What kind of equipment do you use for your workouts?
We use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, and cardio machines. We also incorporate bodyweight exercises and functional training techniques to keep workouts challenging and effective.
How many sessions are included?

You'll be able to book upto 3 sessions per week; a combination of  STRONG &/or AERO to suit you. PLUS  YOGA 

Do I have to book onto sessions?
Yes, you will be given access to our booking system TeamUp, where you can book all of your sessions. 
Are the sessions suitable for beginners?
Yes, we have a specialized program for individuals looking to transition to new industries. This would fall under our leadership coaching services.
How long are the sessions?
Our workout sessions  last 45 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level. We believe in quality over quantity and focus on making each workout as effective as possible. (YOGA sessions are 60 minutes)
